2. Enter your pet’s name in the personalization box.
3. Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order.

⌨️ PERSONALIZATION
Please provide the following under Personalization:
1. Name
3. Phone number if you would like it engraved on back and option is added on
4. Colors:  Provide 2 Colors as follows: Layer 1 (bottom), 
Layer two (name)

Example from photo colors shown:
Layer 1: Black
Layer 2 (Name): White

Names will be sized to fit the tag. Longer names may appear slightly smaller to ensure the best overall design.
